Project description
The Migros supermarket in the Zänti shopping centre in Volketswil was upgraded with a conversion. In addition to the supermarket area, a restaurant area is now also integrated. The conversion was scheduled within a tight timeframe and a «Schnelles Bauen» concept was tested.
Building automation concept
As part of the renewal of the supermarket, the various building services systems were also newly installed. New automation stations control the energy balance and the energy distribution across the Migros area.
