Technical Coordination
Precise coordination of all trades for smooth construction projects, in compliance with the relevant requirements and guidelines.
In new-build and modernisation projects we coordinate the technical trades, with clear responsibilities and a shared, up-to-date level of information. Interfaces are clarified early instead of late on the construction site.
What is included
- Building owner consulting and technical project support
- Interface management HLKSE ↔ building automation ↔ electrical
- Integration coordination between the trades
- Alignment across many parties with clear responsibilities
- Ensuring a shared, up-to-date set of documents
One contact for the technical interface, from the preliminary design to commissioning.
Frequently asked questions
What does technical coordination do in a construction project?
It makes sure the technical trades fit together: clear responsibilities, a shared and up-to-date level of information and interfaces clarified early. Conflicts are resolved in the design instead of expensively on the construction site.
Which standards and guidelines apply in coordination?
The SIA is always the basis, in particular the regulation SIA 108. Depending on the building owner, KBOB recommendations, project specifications and in-house guidelines are added, which we adopt as a binding planning basis.
How are interfaces between the trades defined?
In the interface specification HVAC, plumbing and electrical (HLKSE) we record which trade delivers which service at the interface: from heating, ventilation, cooling and plumbing through electrical to building automation. This prevents gaps and duplication.
