Project description
The ROM-H6 laboratory building on the Rosental site in Basel is a state-of-the-art research and development laboratory designed specifically for scientific and medical research. It comprises various specialised laboratory facilities and covers a usable floor space of around 5'000 m².
Building automation concept
In this project, GEA Ingenieure AG took on the comprehensive quality assurance of the building automation. Key tasks included reviewing and validating the planning, advising the building owner and the specialist planners as well as regular risk analyses and review reports.
