Project description

The rehabilitation centre in Bellikon, used by Suva since 1974, had reached its limits despite conversions and refurbishments. A new building placed in front of the existing one solved the space problem and expanded the medical services on offer. The new building also provides a spacious sports hall, an aquatic area with swimming pool as well as new administration and therapy areas.

Building automation concept

The concept was chosen so that incoming and outgoing energy flows are evaluated at all times. This enables intelligent use of available energy and distribution of anergy. The building was equipped with more than 270 automated rooms.
