Project description
The Halde school centre has now reached its capacity limit in terms of classrooms. The existing school buildings on the current site are being converted and extended. In the process, all building services systems are being dismantled and redesigned. The focus is on future energy-optimised operation.
Building automation concept
As part of the conversion and renewal of the school site, the various building services systems are also being rebuilt. The systems handle the control of the primary plants and the overarching energy management, including heat pump, gas boiler and ground probe. The individual room control of the classrooms is integrated via bus technology.
