Project description
Various new buildings and conversions will create around 300 care beds and 86 senior apartments by 2026. The future Regionales Pflegezentrum Baden will offer specialised care in the areas of dementia, geriatric psychiatry, palliative care and intensive nursing care.
Building automation concept
As part of the new buildings and conversions, the various primary building services plants are also being rebuilt. More than 650 individual room zones are distinguished within the building. The data captured by the field and automation levels is collected via BACnet and made available to the management level.
