Project description
The Rägi Märt in Regensdorf, a central hub for shopping and social interaction, was brought up to date both technically and aesthetically through extensive renovation work. A major focus was on modernising the building automation as well as replacing and renewing the building services systems.
Building automation concept
In addition to the key innovation in safety technology through the planning and coordination of the machine room heat extraction system (MRWA), the overhaul of the building services systems also included the comprehensive replacement of the ventilation, heating, cooling and sanitary systems.
