Project description
The Migros supermarket in the Wiedikon Zentrum shopping centre is being refreshed. In addition to the supermarket area, the take-away is being refurbished and a new Activ Fitness is being integrated. The conversion of the various segments is taking place while the shopping centre remains in operation.
Building automation concept
The building services systems are being brought up to date as part of the conversion. The automation stations are being completely renewed and handle the control of the primary plants, the individual room control and the overarching energy management.
