Project description
A new energy supply was realised for the entire site of the Barmelweid clinic in the Canton of Aargau. Energy generation consists of a borehole field with 64 ground probes, two reversible heat pumps, a wood chip heating system and an oil burner as an emergency reserve.
Building automation concept
The concept was chosen so that incoming and outgoing energy flows are evaluated at all times. The energy management system controls the activation of the energy sources (wood chip heating, reversible heat pump, etc.) so that the renewable energy sources in the building are activated in a targeted manner.
