Project description
The HEZ Ersatz Kälte project comprehensively modernises the energy supply of the Hönggerberg campus. The focus is on converting the existing fossil-fuel heating systems to a sustainable supply based on high-capacity heat pumps and highly efficient chillers.
Building automation concept
In this project, GEA Ingenieure AG is responsible for the planning and implementation of the entire building automation for the new cooling and heat generation. This includes the development and implementation of a comprehensive cooling manager as well as a re-cooling manager for optimised operation.
