Project description

The construction trades school in Unterentfelden was built in 1976. The building was taken over by the Canton of Aargau in 2018 in order to accommodate certain government offices at this location. Between 2021 and 2023, part of the building was converted to bring together the canton's IT departments.

Building automation concept

As part of the conversion, the various building services systems were also set up for the new use. Particular emphasis was placed on individual room control. An EnOcean system with wireless field devices was installed, saving an enormous amount of cabling.
